Mixers
MorehouseCowles’ ViscoMAX product line is specifically designed and built to meet the needs of your application. Units can range in size from a quart to 750 gallons and can process product viscosities exceeding 2,000,000 centipoises. Every ViscoMAX features at least two shafts to evenly disperse product. A third shaft may be added to speed processing. Ram discharges are also available and can significantly accelerate processing time.

Dissolvers
MorehouseCowles’ line of single shaft dissolvers are designed for liquid to liquid or dry-to liquid mixing for a range of product viscosities. Direct drive mixers range from 5 to 125 horsepower. Fixed or variable speed mixers range from 1 to 300 horsepower. All are available with mechanical or electronic variable-speed drives.
Our standard production dissolvers/ dispersers are the W, J, V, and other tank mounted or stand alone options.
• W Series mixers are designed to offer fast and repeatable processing for small to medium sized batches, up to 330 gallons.
• J Series mixers feature a patented box-bridge design for larger, more viscous batch processing
• V Series mixers feature a streamlined V belt and one piece bridge design
• Other dissolver/disperser options include direct drive and special tank mounted options
